Based on the intake, your yoga therapist will guide you through yoga techniques to help you manage or cope with specific conditions.Personalized sessions may include movement, restorative poses, guided imagery, relaxation techniques, sounds and touch, breathing practices, meditation, dietary suggestions and yoga philosophy to assist you in the healing process.
