Mark Ruane

Mark is Dr. Rucha Kelkar’s assistant at Ayurbliss. He has had several years of experience providing panchakarma/detox/cleansing therapy and individual Ayurvedic treatments for clients. He has had a lifelong interest in eastern spirituality, which led him to the discovery of Ayurveda, a 5000+ year old system of holistic healing, in and of itself. You don’t have to go to one person for bodywork, another for herbs/medicine, yet another for lifestyle and dietary education, etc.  It is a wonderful approach to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being that treats the root cause of issues.

He has a B.A. in psychology and philosophy. Beyond this, he has certifications in Ayurveda, massage, yoga, and transpersonal body therapy. In all of these areas he integrates western knowledge and eastern wisdom. Getting to the root cause of every concern, whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual is at the heart of health and well-being.
